Q)	What are the covering bands for SUN-ICA-825-3/4 ?
A)	CDMA800, GSM900, GSM1800, UMTS, WLAN, etc
Q)	What are VSWR value in these bands ?
A)	<1.35
Q)	Can it support starting from 806MHz instead of 824MHz?
A)	Basically the Antenna complies with the specification from 824MHZ. If the lot size is enough, we can be done in 806MHz. However, VSWR will be <1.5 (NOT 1.35)
Q)	What is the material for the Antenna Connector Pin ? The customer is worry about oxide effect.
A)	The Antenna Connector is used Gold plated connector.
Q)	What is the coating of the radiating material ? How thick is it ?
A)	It is aluminium. The thickness is 1.5mm
Q)	Does the 2 additional bolts & nuts added changes the radiating pattern as shown in the spec sheet?
A)	Yes, they are used to adjust VSWR between 1710 and 2500 MHz
Q)	What is the specification of the coaxial pigtail cable ?
A)	It is syv-50-5
Q)	Can we order the Indoor Antenna SUN-ICA-825-3 without Extension Cable ?
A)	Yes, we can deliver the antenna without extension cable. The N-Type connector directly mounts in the rear plate.
Q)	Can we order the Indoor Antenna SUN-ICA-825-3 without N(M) Connector ?
A)	Yes, it can be and is dependent on the quantities
Q)	Can we order the Indoor Antenna SUN-ICA-825-3 by different white color ?
A)	Yes, it is possible to supply ivory white color. Or the customer can use non-metallic material to paint the antenna in different color.
Q)	What is the Temperature performance for SUN-ICA-825-3 ?
A)	SUN-ICA-825-3 passes the temperature test under –25 deg and 55 deg for 8 hours
Q)	What is the Humidity performance for SUN-ICA-825-3 ?
A)	SUN-ICA-825-3 passes the humidity test under 40deg Rel 93% for 48 hours
Q)	What is the Vibration performance for SUN-ICA-825-3 ?
A)	SUN-ICA-825-3 passes the vibration test for 3 axis under the following conditions
	i) 5-10 Hz, 3.5mm movement
	ii) 10-200 Hz, Acceleration 10m/s
	iii) Sweep speed in 1 times per minute
	iv) Sweep under 5-200-5 Hz
Q)	What is the delivery time for Indoor Antenna ?
A)	Typically the delivery time is 2-4 weeks. It is subjected to the quantities and stock availability.
Q)	Do you have the other alternative method mounting into the ceiling ?
A)	Yes, we add the alternative Nut (as the following picture) into our SUN-ICA-825-3 for the customer mounting into different environment.
